Laura is a Senior Associate in the Employment team at Osborne Clarke. She advises on all aspects of employment law, helping support clients across a range of sectors to navigate a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters. 

Laura has particular experience in managing complex Employment Tribunal matters. She is skilled in providing strategic advice in the context of defending claims relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing, often involving multiple Respondent parties. Laura also has experience of handling matters within the High Court and in the context of blacklisting. She has also helped clients in successfully defending applications for interim relief. 

On the advisory side, Laura assists clients in dealing with general day-to-day employee relation issues including handling grievance, disciplinary, performance and absence management procedures, as well as providing advice on business protection issues and re-structuring exercises.

Laura regularly drafts and negotiates key employment documentation (including employment contracts and settlement agreements) and assists with employment related issues in corporate transactions.

Having trained at Michelmores and qualified as a solicitor in 2017, Laura joined Osborne Clarke in 2020 and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She is also a member of Osborne Clarke's Charity Committee, participates in the internal Inclusion Allies Programme and is a mental health champion within the workplace.
