Katie is a Senior Associate in the commercial disputes team and is part of Osborne Clarke's international arbitration practice group. She is also co-chair of the firm's international arbitration group for non-partners.
Katie has experience of both commercial litigation and international arbitration across a range of sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, life sciences and healthcare, and technology, media and telecommunications. She has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings under the LCIA and SCC Rules, and has sat as tribunal secretary to a sole arbitrator in a case proceeding under the LCIA Rules.
Katie co-authored a chapter with editor Daniel Harrison on the Digital Dispute Resolution Rules in the 2022 publication 'International Arbitration in England: Perspectives in Times of Change'.
Katie graduated from the University of Cambridge, England with a BA (Hons) in Law, before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. She trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified in September 2019.
