Katherine is a regulatory and commercial lawyer who specialises in regulated sectors, including rail and utilities.
She has broad experience advising public sector clients on regulatory issues. Before joining Osborne Clarke in October 2022, she worked at the Office of Rail and Road. In this role, she advised clients in relation to the periodic review of Network Rail, as well as the regulation of other rail networks including High Speed One. She also worked on competition enforcement cases and competition policy.
Katherine has over ten years' of experience working for government regulators. She previously worked for Ofwat, where she advised policy clients on regulatory and competition issues in the newly created retail market for water services.
