Kate Shattock
Senior Knowledge Lawyer
Kate is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer in our Financial Institutions Group.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2024, Kate spent four years in private practice and a further ten years in-house, advising a broad range of clients in the financial services sector (including both UK and international banks and fund managers) on legislative and regulatory obligations.
Specialised in financial regulatory work, Kate has also studied and practised sports law. She also has a keen interest in ESG, studying Business Sustainability Management via the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership in 2021.
Kate is qualified as a solicitor in both England & Wales and Australia (NSW).
