Kate is a Legal Director in Osborne Clarke's equity capital markets team and leads its corporate governance practice. Kate is also a member of Osborne Clarke's multi-disciplinary ESG team, advising clients on ESG matters and the development and implementation of their ESG strategies.
Kate has extensive experience advising on IPOs and secondary listings for AIM and Main Market companies on the London Stock Exchange as well as advising on public takeovers, formal sales processes and private M&A. Kate also works on large, cross-border group reorganisations as well as advising on other general corporate law matters.
Kate's experience includes working with both listed and private companies on setting up, revising and implementing their governance frameworks, including day to day assistance and guidance. Kate also provides corporate governance training for boards, including in relation to corporate governance codes and directors' duties.
Kate works across several sectors but has particular experience in the Financial Services sector, as well as Tech, Media and Comms. She works with high profile clients, including listed clients, institutions, corporate finance houses and private companies, both nationally and internationally.
