Kat advises clients on a broad range of real estate transactions including investment, real estate finance, development and corporate occupier transactions.

Kat primarily advises UK and overseas investors, including institutions and private investors on acquisitions and disposals (including portfolios), asset management and funding across various asset classes. She also provides real estate finance advice for lenders, including on development finance transactions.

Kat also advises on development transactions for residential and commercial developers and land promoters, including strategic land transactions. Her corporate occupier experience includes advising global digital businesses and UK retail clients and she also provides real estate advice for UK and cross-border corporate transactions.

Kat joined Osborne Clarke LLP as a trainee in March 2009 and qualified into the Real Estate team in March 2011. Kat is an active member of the IPF and Women in Property.

Advised on the sale of 30 properties for over £62m to Kennedy Wilson, plus the sale of a further 5 individual properties from the same portfolio for circa £17m to buyers ranging from CBREGI to Galliard Homes.
