An Associate in our Property Disputes team, Josh works for some of our key clients across a number of sectors. He advises on a range of contentious property matters and has a particular focus on developer disputes, energy disputes and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, such as lease renewals, break options and dilapidations.

Josh is also experienced in land rights/disputes arising in the telecommunications sector, having been seconded to one of the firm's largest clients in the sector. He has particular experience advising on issues arising from the interpretation and application of the Electronic Communications Code.

Josh joined Osborne Clarke as a paralegal in February 2021, before qualifying into our Bristol Property Disputes Team in September 2022.
