Josep joined Osborne Clarke in March 2016 and specialises in commercial law.
He has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
Josep studied at ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona, graduating with a degree in law in 2014, completing part of his studies in the University of Minnesota Law School. He also obtained his master’s dual degree in International Business Law and Legal Practice from the same law school in 2015. Josep was awarded an LLM in Compliance from the Barcelona Bar Association in 2019 and graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Open University of Catalonia in 2020.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
