Jonathan provides advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters in the UK and internationally. He advises employers on their day-to-day issues as well as on employment tribunals and corporate transactions.
Assisting in defending unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, Jonathan drafted and negotiated employment documentation (such as employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements) and has collaborated on large scale redundancy exercises.
Jonathan studied Law at the University of Birmingham before going on to complete the LPC at BPP Law School. He then joined the firm as a trainee in 2021 and qualified as an Associate in our Employment team in September 2023. He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

I have worked on various projects with Osborne Clarke Solutions including business development initiatives for the Retail and Consumer sector (The Retail LAB), and have used Osborne Clarke Solutions platforms extensively as a project management tool for large scale matters for key clients. I have also advised various pro bono clients both in my capacity as a trainee and as an Associate in our Employment team.
