Joe Moore

Joe is an Associate in our Real Estate Dispute & Risk team. He acts for a variety of clients in the built environment, retail & consumer and energy & utilities sectors.

He regularly assists real estate investors, retailers and corporate occupiers on asset management issues, and landlord and tenant disputes. He advises on matters relating to lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge, forfeiture, break notices, and general breach of contract disputes. 

Joe has also acted for both claimants and defendants in an array of contentious property matters including for renewable energy groups on issues affecting energy generation sites, and large developers and retail clients in rights to light disputes.

A member of the Property Litigation Association, Joe joined Osborne Clarke in September 2023 when he qualified as a solicitor.
