Jet Francke

Jet is an Associate in the Financial Regulatory team and is based in the Amsterdam office.

She advises financial institutions on matters of (individual) asset management, payments and on AML-compliance.

Jet has experience advising domestic and international financial institutions on the application of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act and related laws and regulations. More specifically in relation to license applications, requirements for branches and subsidiaries and market conduct supervisory provisions.

Jet holds a bachelor’s degree in Private Law and Economics and Business Economics at the University of Utrecht. She graduated cum laude at the University of Tilburg with a master’s degree in Corporate Law in August 2020. She also studied abroad at Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, Missouri.

She was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2021.
