Jess is an associate in our Property Disputes team. She specialises in residential disputes, including residential possessions, statutory lease extensions, and service charge disputes.
Jess has experience with the new Welsh Occupation Contracts and a keen interest in the upcoming Renters Reform Bill.
Prior to moving to our Property Disputes team, Jess was a residential development specialist in our Real Estate team.

I am passionate about diversity and inclusion and have been the Co-Chair of OC Pride, our LGBTQ+ network, since 2021. I oversee the network's attendance at local Pride parades, work with the firm to provide a safe and supportive environment for staff to be their true selves, and arrange internal and external events.
