Jason has broad banking experience and specialises in real estate based financings and restructurings, working on both development and investment facilities. His experience includes acting on bilateral, syndicated and securitised loans and loans refinanced in the German covered-bond (Pfandbrief) market.
He has also acted in UK-based financings and restructurings, as well as those with a multi-jurisdictional dimension.
He acts for a range of clients, including corporate borrowers, funds, banks (both UK and overseas), GPUTS, JPUTS, partnerships and sovereign wealth funds. Jason understands the important issues for both banks and borrowers, having been seconded to a bank (Lehman Brothers) and the treasury department of a FTSE-100 borrower. Jason joined Osborne Clarke’s City banking practice in 2012. He trained and qualified at Herbert Smith LLP, working there for seven years before leaving to join Osborne Clarke and becoming a Partner in 2017.
