Jasmine is an Associate in our Intellectual Property Disputes team. She has keen specialism in brand protection, with a particular interest in trade marks, designs, copyright, defamation and advertising. Jasmine's practice is focused on clearance, enforcement and litigation, as well as strategic advice.

Jasmine's objective is to ensure clients are able to maximise their investment in their IP and are effectively defended against the infringement of their rights.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in July 2024, Jasmine trained and qualified at Gowling WLG, where she developed experience working across the full scope of intellectual property rights.

She is an active member of The Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) and sits on the Working Group for the CITMA Review. In addition, Jasmine completed the University of Oxford Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice in 2022.

Jasmine was commended as a "Notable Practioner" in the 2024 WIPR UK Trademarks Rankings and as a "Key Lawyer" in the 2023 Legal 500 rankings, under Intellectual Property: Trade Marks, Copyright And Design.
