Jamie Roberts

Jamie is an Associate in our Regulatory Disputes team, where he advises international businesses and brands on a range of regulatory compliance issues, with a focus on innovative technology products and consumer protection.

Jamie has experience advising on risks throughout the entire product life-cycle, involving facilitating global product launches, multi-jurisidicational compliance projects, regulatory investigations, and conducting poduct recalls and implementing corrective actions.

Jamie joined Osborne Clarke as a Trainee in September 2022 and qualified as an Associate in September 2024. During his training contract, Jamie undertook a secondment to Warner Bros. Discovery where he helped the legal and product teams with commercial and regulatory issues relating to D2C services.
