James works across a broad range of real estate transactions, including both commercial and residential development and commercial investment related property acquisitions, disposals, lettings and management.

He is experienced in dealing with a wide array of clients - including institutional investors, property companies and private individuals - and recognises their differing needs and preferences. Clients appreciate his friendly, commercial and solution based approach.

James studied Law at the University of Birmingham, graduating in 2016. He completed the Legal Practice Course and obtained a Master of Laws degree at the University of Law, Birmingham in 2017. James has worked in real estate law since 2018, qualifying as a solicitor in 2021.
