Jack is an Associate in our Banking and Finance team in our London office.

Jack has experience advising a wide range of financial institutions, lenders, borrowers and sponsors in banking and debt finance matters. His expertise includes leveraged finance, corporate lending, venture & growth lending and real estate finance transactions across a number of sectors.

Jack joined Osborne Clarke in 2019 and qualified into our Banking and Finance team in 2022.
