Jack Manning

Jack is an Associate in our residential development team.

Acting for national and regional housebuilders, Jack advises on immediate and strategic development transactions. He is experienced in dealing with conditional contracts, options, promotion agreements and collaboration agreements.

As well as acting for property developers, Jack's background also includes experience in investment property and acting for landowner consortiums. He has an understanding of the complete property lifecycle and the drivers behind both parties' objectives.

Jack qualified in January 2022 and joined Osborne Clarke in 2024.
