Isabel joined Osborne Clarke in September 2021, and her main area of work is corporate and business law.
She holds a double degree in French Law and Spanish Law, graduated from the Sorbonne University (Paris 1 Panthéon), and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, respectively. She completed her education with a Dual Master in Legal Practice and Business Law from IE Law School (Madrid).
Her career as a lawyer started in the Corporate/M&A Department of the Law Firm Pinsent Masons.
Isabel is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
She specialises in M&A and in general corporate advice, including structural modifications such as mergers, spin-offs and global transfers of assets.
