Irina Sharay

Irina first joined Osborne Clarke in October 2011 and remained with the firm until late-2014 advising emerging and established fund managers on the structuring and establishment of closed-ended investment funds across a range of asset classes. She then returned to Osborne Clarke in January 2021.

Today, Irina's expertise includes advising fund managers across different asset classes such as infrastructure, real estate, private equity and venture.

She advises fund managers on fund formation, co-investment arrangements and investor negotiations. She has advised on the raising of funds based in the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, Cayman Islands and Luxembourg.

She also acts for fund investors, including those in the public, private and charitable sectors.
