Ignasi has experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, venture capital investment and advising on general corporate matters. He also has expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements. Ignasi is a member of the Start-up Desk of Osborne Clarke Spain.
He studied at the University of Barcelona, graduating in Law in 2011. Before joining Osborne Clarke, Ignasi worked as a corporate lawyer at PwC Tax & Legal Services.
He has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2011.
