Holly Danman

Holly is a Senior Associate in our Tax Group with a broad practice in UK and cross-border tax issues, particularly speciaisling in the taxation of asset managers and investment funds.

Holly's work covers standalone tax advisory work and structuring advice, as well as transactional work. She advises on a broad range of corporate and business tax issues, including fund structures, group reorganisations and international tax structuring. Holly's particular focus is on the taxation of asset managers and investment funds, including private equity and venture capital funds, debt funds, infrastructure and real estate funds. In this context, she advises on fundraisings, restructurings, and fund investments by institutional investors such as pension schemes.

Holly joined Osborne Clarke in August 2024, having previously worked at another City law firm.
