She advises commercial clients on all aspects of their commercial property transactions, including asset management and investment, real estate finance, corporate occupier and commercial development.
Hayley also advises high net worth individuals on the acquisition and disposal of their private residences as well as various lenders on their higher value residential lending.
Hayley studied law at the University of Sheffield and had 5 years real estate experience with Osborne Clarke prior to qualification as a Solicitor.
