Harriet Parratt

Harriet is an Associate in our real estate disputes and risk team in London. She acts for a variety of clients in The Built Environment sector, with a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant disputes and real estate development issues.

Harriet regularly advises real estate investors, retailers and corporate occupiers on a wide range of landlord and tenant disputes and portfolio management issues, including commercial lease renewals, break options, dilapidations, business rates, possession claims, and breach of covenant issues.

In addition, Harriet often advises: 

• Developers in relation to rights to light matters; 
• Developers and building occupiers on Party Wall Act issues; and 
• Developers and neighbouring owners on contentious rights of way and restrictive covenant disputes. 

Harriet is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
