Hannah Wooderson

Hannah is an Associate in our Projects team. She works on a range of commercial, finance and corporate M&A transactions for clients in the renewable and low-carbon energy sectors. 

Hannah's work includes acting for a variety of clients varying from investors and lenders to energy producers. She has acted on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, financings and commercial energy arrangements. Her clients include established players in the low-carbon energy market, as well as new joiners to the energy sector. She also has experience in managing multi-jurisdictional elements of transactions and liaising with overseas counsel.

Hannah edits the Energy Transition, our weekly publication detailing market updates within the energy sector, with a focus on decarbonisation, innovation, EVs and regulatory change.

Hannah plays an active role in our ESG service line and Hydrogen sub-sector teams.
