Hannah is an Associate in our Construction and Engineering Disputes & Risk team. She advises clients on litigation (regularly acting in the Technology and Construction Court), adjudication, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution procedures and risk management. She also has experience advising on insolvency matters in the construction sector.
Hannah has wide experience with various standard form construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, as well as bespoke forms of construction contracts and professional appointments.
Her clients include various private and public sector clients, including industry professionals (consultants, architects, engineers etc.), large scale multinational developers, employers and main contractors as well as specialist sub-contractors, joint ventures and SPVs.
Hannah has over five years' experience in the construction sector, having spent time in construction teams at a leading regional practice and a leading specialist practice at the London office within an international firm. She qualified in 2021 and joined Osborne Clarke in 2024.
