Grace is a Senior Associate in the banking team in London and advises UK financial institutions, investors and a range of borrowers on general banking matters and financing transactions including fund finance, growth and venture lending, real estate finance, hotels, health and care.
Her experience includes drafting, advising on and negotiating bilateral and syndicated facility agreements and security packages.
Grace joined Osborne Clarke in 2018. She trained at Milbank LLP and qualified into the Transportation and Space Finance team in 2016.
