Giovanni Luca Andriolo

Giovanni is specialised in financial regulation and fintech.

He advises financial intermediaries, both national and international, offering legal and regulatory consultancy throughout the procedures aimed at obtaining the necessary operational authorisations, with particular attention to corporate reorganisation. He also assists them in their relations with competent authorities, such as the Bank of Italy and CONSOB.

He has gained experience in assisting European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSPs), contributing to the submission of the first application in Italy and the authorisation of the first Italian ECSP authorised for both lending crowdfunding and the placing without a commitment of transferable securities.
