Giles Herring

Giles is an Associate in Osborne Clarke's Projects team, and provides commercial and regulatory advice to clients across a range of technologies within the renewable energy space.

Acting for a variety of clients including project developers, investors, and funders, Giles advises on commercial matters such as route to market arrangements and PPAs, complex regulatory matters arising from industry regulation and licensing matters, while also providing sector-specific transactional support.

Giles is a member of the Association for Decentralised Energy, and plays an active role on various subsector teams within the firm, including Renewables & Power Management and the Energy Regulatory Advisory Group. Giles also sits on the Decarbonisation of Transport subgroup.
