George has extensive experience in the LP Led secondary transactions space from single interest transactions to large and more complex portfolio deals including associated complex restructures. He advises on a range of secondaries deals both buyer side and seller side and has acted for specialised secondaries investors, institutional investors, pension funds, and global private equity firms for investments in the USA, EMEA, and APAC.
He advises on investor negotiations and has supported LPs with primary commitments into private equity funds.
