Garance de Galzain

Garance is an associate in the Competition and Commercial Law department at Osborne Clarke Paris office.

She advises French and foreign clients in the areas of French and European competition law (mergers, horizontal and vertical anti-competitive practices, abuse of dominant position, compensation litigation) and distribution law (commercial negotiations, distribution contracts and networks, restrictive competition practices). She advises clients and assists them in litigation before the competition authorities as well as before the commercial and civil courts.

Garance was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018 and has been a member of the AFEC (Association Française d'Etude de la Concurrence) ever since.
