Freddie Carter

Freddie is an Associate in our Competition team. He advises clients on a range of competition law matters, including regulatory compliance and investigations, merger control and subsidy control.

Freddie's experience includes supporting clients on merger clearance applications, implementation of competition compliance programmes, multi-jurisdictional merger control assessments, notifications under the UK's national security and investment regime and responses to CMA market studies. He works across a range of sectors, with particular experience supporting clients in the digital and retail sectors.

Freddie has a particular interest in the changing landscape of regulation of competition in digital markets.

Freddie joined Osborne Clarke in 2021, before qualifying as an Associate in September 2023.
