Florian Berlejung

Florian advises companies on all aspects of national and international tax law. 

Before joining Osborne Clarke, Florian worked as a certified tax advisor at a tax-centred law firm. There he advised venture capital and private equity funds as well as their investors on all aspects of their ongoing taxation. Prior to this, Florian worked as a tax fraud investigator for the tax authorities and investigated matters relevant to criminal tax law. 

Florian studied tax law at the Hessian University of Applied Sciences for Finance in Rotenburg a. d. Fulda and obtained a degree as a “Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH)”. While working, Florian passed the certified tax advisor examination and was appointed as a certified tax advisor after leaving the tax authorities.
