Fiona heads the Company Services Unit at Osborne Clarke, incorporating the company secretarial unit.
The company secretarial unit provides, inter alia, company secretarial support services for several hundred clients, including public and private companies, limited both by shares and by guarantee, and charities. The company secretarial unit has acted on the formation of many UK companies, and provides advice and ongoing company secretarial support for many overseas parent companies setting up business in the UK.
Fiona qualified as a solicitor with McKenna & Co in 1995 and worked as a corporate lawyer at Cameron McKenna in London and then Bristol until 2002, when she joined Osborne Clarke.
She was appointed as a Partner in the corporate department in 2004, and changed roles in August 2007 to lead the Company Services Unit.
