Fiodhna is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke’s construction and engineering disputes team.
Fiodhna has experience with most major contract suites, including JCT, NEC3 and FIDIC. Her experience covers a range of infrastructure and energy projects, including claims relating to battery storage facilities, nuclear / capacity peaking power plants, solar PV farms, biomass plants, highways contracts, housing developments and retail developments.
Fiodhna has worked with employers, main contractors, sub-contractors and local authorities and has advised on front-end issues, contract management and contentious disputes. Her contentious construction experience covers dispute avoidance, direct negotiation, mediation, adjudication and litigation.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in January 2019, Fiodhna studied law at the University of Exeter before specialising in construction at Foot Anstey in Bristol.
Fiodhna is a member of Women in Property, Society of Construction Law and the Adjudication Society.
