He is the Head of the Italian Restructuring and Insolvency team. His practice focuses on debt restructuring, advising both in and out of court, through a wide selection of procedures.
Filippo assists important names in a broad number of industry sectors: manufacturing, commerce, publishing, real estate, energy, fashion, logistics/distribution and automotive, contributing to the restructuring and reorganisation of key business entities, with a keen eye on small and medium sized enterprises.
