Fabrizio is part of the Competition, Antitrust and Trade team and focuses on competition law and consumer protection law.
He assists and advises on restrictive practices, abuse of dominance and abuse of economic dependence, in proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority, as well as in appeals before administrative courts and in civil cases involving violations of competition law. He has also gained experience in misleading and comparative advertising, unfair commercial practices and breach of consumer rights in contracts.
Fabrizio graduated with honours with a double degree in Italian law and French law from the University of Florence and the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. In 2020, he obtained a Master Degree (LLM) with a specialisation in intellectual property law from Boston College Law School.
He is a dual qualified lawyer (New York and Italy).
