Etienne is a member of the Litigation and Business Ethics practice at Osborne Clarke Paris since 2024.

He is specialised in civil and commercial litigation, as well as white-collar crime.

Holding master’s degrees from Sciences Po Paris and Panthéon-Assas university, he advises and represents clients before civil, commercial and criminal courts at all litigation stages.

His specialisation in international private law and international trade law gives him a particular expertise in international litigation.

Before starting his career at Osborne Clarke, Etienne worked in the litigation departments of several recognised law firms as well as for the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and for a Paris Tribunal’s chamber specialised in financial crime.
