She is a member of the Italian Restructuring and Insolvency team.
As an expert in insolvency law, she advises SMEs in insolvency proceedings and corporate restructuring and, more precisely, arrangements with creditors, debt restructuring agreements and tax settlements, working in close co-ordination with every client also in the management of the day-to-day life of the companies.
She also advises on bankruptcy petitions, claims, proposals for bankruptcy agreements, applications for admission to the list of creditors and opposition proceedings. She advises clients in general commercial matters, and she assists them in liability actions.
Esmeralda has recently worked on restructurings in the industrial, real estate, publishing, transport and retail sectors.
