Emma Wigmore

Emma is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team with a focus on residential development.
She works with a number of housebuilders and land promoters in acquiring sites for development through both immediate purchases and strategic land transactions. In addition to her development work, Emma advises on other aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, asset management and corporate transactions.
Emma studied law at Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. She trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified into the London Real Estate team in September 2018.
