Emma Ross

Emma is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke's real estate group with experience across a broad range of commercial real estate matters.

She advises property developers on large scale acquisitions and developments, including pre-lets. Emma acts on behalf of investor clients, based in the UK and internationally, in relation to acquisitions and disposals of high-value investment assets and portfolios. She is experienced in all landlord and tenant matters, acting for clients in the management of their properties.

Emma is also a member of the retail team, acting for landlords and tenants.

She spent time seconded to the in-house legal team at Cornerstone, the UK's leading telecoms infrastructure provider.

Emma joined Osborne Clarke in early 2020 from the London office of a large global firm, having trained and qualified there in 2017.
