Emma is an Associate in the Commercial team, based in Bristol. She advises on a broad range of commercial agreements, providing advice on complex contractual issues, primarily across the Technology, Media and Communications sector.
Emma has specific experience advising on agreements covering the supply of technology, licensing arrangements, ecommerce, and the management, protection and exploitation of intellectual property. Emma joined Osborne Clarke in 2022, having qualified in March 2020.
