Emma is an Associate in the Real Estate department with experience across a broad range of commercial real estate matters. She advises on all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, investment, development, landlord and tenant, real estate finance, asset management and corporate occupier.

Emma has experience acting on behalf of investor clients in relation to acquisitions and disposals of properties within their portfolio along with management of their properties. Emma has also acted on behalf of property developers on acquisitions and developments.

Emma studied combined social sciences at the University of Durham before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. Emma joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in September 2019 and qualified into the London Real Estate department in September 2021.
