Emma advises on corporate transactional and financing matters for UK private and listed global companies. She has experience in M&A, venture capital, university spin-outs, joint ventures, and large global restructurings.

Emma works with clients across a range of fast-growing businesses in IP-rich sectors. Her work has a particular focus on life sciences and biotech industries where she is able to draw on her background in biochemistry, as well is in the TMC sector.

Emma has spent periods on secondment to the in-house legal departments of a global media communications agency and a multinational technology and outsourcing company.
