Emily advises on a range of challenging construction and engineering disputes in the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors. She has worked on energy projects including solar and geothermal and a number of commercial and residential property cases, advising on defects, delay and loss and expense claims.
Her experience includes litigation, international and domestic arbitration, mediation, negotiation and adjudication, as well as providing project counsel to clients.
Emily studied law at Durham University and joined Osborne Clarke as a newly qualified solicitor in September 2018. Emily is also a member of the Society of Construction Law.
