Emily Bosson

Emily is a Senior Associate in the firm’s real estate team and advises clients on all aspects of commercial property landlord and tenant, investment and real estate finance.

Emily acts on behalf of investor clients on acquisitions and disposals of properties within their portfolio along with management of their properties. She also acts for a large number of retailers and corporate occupiers in relation to their property portfolios as well as advising funders on both purchase and development funding deals. Recently Emily has worked on a tri-party forward funding for Credit Suisse and has also acted on a large portfolio disposal for a retail client. Emily trained with Burges Salmon, qualifying in 2014, after working at Nabarro for two years Emily Joined Osborne Clarke as an Associate in February 2017.
