Elisabeth Falterer specializes in M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions in a national and international context. She also provides legal advice on all matters relating to corporate law. 

Elisabeth’s clients include national and international entrepreneurs, start-ups as well as investors.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, Elisabeth gained professional experience in a German international law firm as well as a boutique law firm specializing in M&A transactions.

Elisabeth studied law at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and completed her legal traineeship in Munich and San Francisco (USA). She was admitted as a lawyer in 2018.
