Eleanor is an experienced Commercial Partner specialising in telecoms and technology transactions. Her expertise ranges from leading and managing high value and complex telecoms infrastructure and technology projects through to advising clients on connectivity arrangements (including mobile, fibre and satellite communications and IoT), procurement of new network technology and launches of new products and services.
She has considerable experience working with colleagues across the firm on larger projects requiring cross-service line expertise and supporting clients find solutions and meet their broader strategic goals. She has also benefited from several secondments with TMC sector clients in her career including mobile network operator, EE, and brings those additional insights gained in-house to her advice.
Alongside communications and technology, Eleanor advises clients on data privacy and has the IAPP’s CIPP/E accreditation in European privacy law and practice. She also advises on the protection and exploitation of intellectual property assets.
Her clients include investors, operators, suppliers and users at all levels of the communications and technology eco-system.
Eleanor is ranked as an Associate to Watch for Telecommunications by Chambers and Partners (nationwide) and as a Rising Star in Legal 500 for IT and Telecoms (South West).
She has a LL.M in International Business Law through the University of London International Programmes. She trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified in 2011.
