Edward is a commercial lawyer specialising in rail, transport and new mobility solutions.
He works with investors, asset owners, public authorities and operators to design and implement solutions for transport and mobility businesses. This means he supports clients on rolling stock projects and asset leasing, complex high value procurements and the deployment of technology across the transport and mobility sectors. He heads Osborne Clarke's mobility and sustainable transport groups, regularly advising on electric vehicles and how businesses can manage the transition to net zero. Edward also works across other sectors in a variety of commercial law matters including manufacture and supply, and maintenance and services.
