Edward Aves

Edward is an Associate in our Corporate Tax practice and advises corporates, financial institutions and investment funds across a variety of business sectors.

Edward advises on the tax aspects on a range of both transactional and stand-alone advisory work. His practice includes both private and public M&A transactions, financings, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures, venture capital investments and other corporate and commercial transactions. He also provides transactional and tax structuring support to a wide range of clients in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector, namely institutional investors, developers, landowners and occupiers.

Edward trained at Osborne Clarke, qualifying in September 2024.
